Sign PDF
Draw or type your signature and place it on any PDF page. Free, no account, and your document never leaves your device.
Sign a PDF Without Printing, Scanning or Uploading
Most "free" PDF signing websites upload your contract to their servers and ask you to create an account. Kova Core's Sign PDF tool works entirely in your browser: draw your signature with a mouse, trackpad or finger, or type your name in a handwriting-style font, then click to place it on any page. You can drag it into position, resize it, add the date or your printed name, and download the signed PDF. Rotated and scanned pages are handled correctly. This adds a visible signature image, which is what most everyday forms and agreements need; it is not a certificate-based digital signature.
How to use
- Open your PDF, then draw your signature or type your name and click "Use this signature".
- Click "Place it on a page", then click where it should go. Drag to move it and use the corner dot to resize.
- Add the date or printed name the same way if needed, then click "Download signed PDF".
Common use cases
- Signing a tenancy agreement, offer letter or consent form sent by email.
- Adding your signature and the date to a school, bank or insurance form.
- Initialling several pages of a contract without printing and scanning it.
